This is where I roll up my sleeves. I’ll help coordinate (and sometimes personally handle) staging, cleaning, photography, yard work, or even connecting you with trusted contractors for repairs and updates that can add tens of thousands to your bottom line.
Step 3: Professional Marketing
Your home deserves more than a sign in the yard. I use professional photography, cinematic listing videos, social media campaigns, email blasts, and MLS optimization to ensure buyers see your home wherever they’re looking.
Step 4: Showings & Feedback
I’ll coordinate showings, follow up with buyers and agents, and give you feedback so we can adapt our strategy if needed. My goal is to create strong interest and multiple offers.
Step 5: Negotiation & Offers
This is where I shine. Whether it’s securing concessions, free repairs, or a higher selling price, I fight for your best outcome while keeping the process smooth and respectful.
Step 6: Closing the Deal
Once we’re under contract, I’ll guide you through inspections, appraisals, and paperwork. You’ll always know what’s happening and what to expect.
Step 7: Sold & Moving Forward
On closing day, I’ll make sure the details are tied up and the keys are handed over. Most importantly, I’ll celebrate with you as you move into your next chapter with confidence.
